I am not able to buy new dog girls after a few days in the game. Is this supposed to be like this?
Question will we have feral monsters (similar like in breeding season) and a female protagonist in this game?

I thin there will be more content in elf and dragon vilage but for now they are empty
Go in town in the monster shop, talk to the girl that sells monsters and ask her
you know imho ...if they were actually proud of their game...they wouldn't milk ppl for 2 weeks of early access...
I think that your approach here is incorrect. They are not "milking", the new version will be released for the public for free. The EA is sort of a boon/thank you for those who (can/want to) support the devs.
Are the changes from 0.5.1 to 0.5.2 expected to be massive or mostly small additions and better to wait till maybe 0.6?
Tommorow you will find out unless someone from the C class will post here 0.5.2 post from patreon. You can also beg update from the Amity Park thread

As it was said update was very small and some scenes fem x bunny / Cecelia x bunny girl are same poses just remodeled for each one. It seems this time devs were not into making any progress and soon we will hit 1 year of story no update.
