I just failed that part (accidentally saved after failing it) but know the correct combo for it. You need 3 offerings (and about $100 I think) in order to summon her: bloody rope, red light wine (I forget the exact name) and a golden amulet. You will also need to get the spellbook from Takano's room (it's on a table in the upper right corner) and have access to room 13 (I think someone in the basement tells you how to open it).
When you first go to the basement in the lounge, you interact with the guy trying to force the Floozy into a good time and stop him. When you return to the basement later, you'll see the spot where he landed flashing. Go there and interact with it to get his room key. Next, go to his room and interact with the flashing area to get a gun. After getting the gun, leave the lounge and go to the right most part of the beach and talk to the guy there in order to trade the gun for a medkit. After getting the medkit, head to the clinic and speak to the guy in the lower left. Trade him the medkit for a treasure map. When you get the treasure map it will give you directions on where to go in order to get the treasure. Before we can do that though, you need to head to the convenience store to buy a crowbar and a shovel. after getting the shovel, follow the directions the treasure map gives you to dig up the treasure (a gold amulet) with the shovel. You now have one of the items for the summoning.
With the crowbar, go to the first building in the area to the right of the lounge entrance (where the brothels are) and use it to open the door. Inside here you can find a bloody rope in the second room of the building. Congratulations, you have the second item for the summoning.
The third item will take awhile to get and a bit of money. You'll need to buy and give enough beer/wine (since you can only hold one of each at a time) from the bar in the red light district (to the right of the lounge entrance). This is the location that the two rocker chicks were at. After buying the last item and trying to leave the bar, he'll give you the special red light wine as you attempt to leave. DO NOT USE THIS! I had an encounter after I got the wine that gave me the option of giving it to somebody (I didn't so I'm not sure if the game lets you) so keep it safe. With that, you now have the third item for the summoning ritual.
Now head to room 13 and start performing the ritual (save before starting it in case you screw up) and use the items we got from the previous steps for the ritual. Like I said, I failed it and accidentally saved after leaving the room (YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE TO DO IT RIGHT) so I don't know how the scene plays out. I'm at the end of the game now and only have one impregnation left so it'll take me awhile to get back to be able to try it again, but if you use the correct items you should be able to summon her easily. Obviously there's a breeding system. The breeding system is pretty much the only game mechanic. It's literally all you do, aside from collecting the 5 dollar bill that every trash can contains for some reason and some very basic fetch-quests.
There's also an ending. You have to knock up at least 17 (I think) girls, then you can go to the ending by talking to Natasha, but of course she'll let you keep going as long as you want and there's a few special scenes that require you to impregnate every other girl in the game first.

The trick is that you must walk VERY slow to get the right place.
That sounds awesome. If anyone knows a game like that please post it, lol
Also, although the majority of the girls in both games are white or asian, there's a couple black girls in each game too (the Bartender and the Punk from the first game, the Ebony Babe, the Pornstar and the Bassist (maybe) from the sequel). And the whole interracial/BBC thing is never mentioned in the dialogue anyway.
What do i do here? The Walkthrough said that i only need to talk to this guy to get a medkit but it's not doing anything

You get the room key from the guy you knocked the fuck out for the pink girl you pick up the gun from the room and trade it for the med kit
she's one of the easier ones. just buy a few beers from her, give them to other girls, and keep talking to her. fair warning though, the blue haired waitress is one of the more controversial characters in the game, because of something about her backstory she reveals in conversation.

okay i just start to play the game without any expectation , i was little bit reserved about the artstyle ...

The last office took me forever to find. Walked through the entire map half a dozen times before I noticed it. It's in the alleyway near the entrance of the clock tower. After entering the alley it's the blue building immediately to the south/below you!
Yeah, if anyone can figure this out, I'd be grateful. I've tried having her be on the dance floor when I fuck the Idol, but that didn't seem to do it.
