i just realize the game doesn't have animated but it's ok the game is fantastic but please don't ask for skin cchanging since the first game Devs never want to change it

Three girls left and I can't figure it out. The Idol, the mob boss and I'm guessing a succubus? I think the mob boss is tied to these documents I need to deliver, I found two offices (below casino and left of casino) but the third escapes me. There is an office by the maid cafe but it says closed. Anyways great game. I really enjoy games with a sense of humor.

I'm trying to find the third blue building. I've found two of them in East Block and East Corner, but i can absolutely not find the last one. Do i have to trigger something or am i simply blind?

I have a guide written up but i am stuck figuring out the last 3 girls before the finish. I cant figure out the idol, Takano the club owner and the 30th. I took the full save to see what i was missing and its a very energetic red head? i dont remember seeing anything like that running around unfortunately though. I am assuming one of them is to do with the item side quest and im up to the amulet but not sure where to go from here.
