It happens all across the game. Everybody call her 'Landlady' in every line, not just the MC.
Funny, but it doesn't happen in the 'cutscenes' animation. Here's one example:

You fucked up something yourself. Or download the old link. Because its impossible to get it.
but even after naming at start the mother still tells mc that she,s not his real mother.so a real patch is needed.
that one needs adjusting in writing. Right now the goal was not to have the player read three different things.
admittedly i didn't bother to read too much, may i ask which version has more content? the old one or rework?

"b_u" is perfectly defined in the base game (file characters.rpy) and not modified by the JokerLeader mod.
So, you have a corrupted game and need to be redownloaded.
