He is really trying hard. But the code mess is getting bigger and bigger and so the refactoring work. So, enjoy the ride as long as it lasts.

No, the first version was in QSP. And he has no technical probs. This is just not a visual novel with some choices. The dev is no programmer. So he tries to handle a complex sandbox with his "natural" procedural programming skills where a sophisticated object-oriented approach would have spared him a lot in the long run. That's fate, we cannot change it anymore by normal means.
Hire a programmer in RenPy I think it will not be much work. Maybe it's time to think about help? As they say in Soviet Russia - "выбирай ношу по себе, чтобы не падать при ходьбе".
That's a "nice" and obvious idea. And exactly this path has been opened in the actual update. But there isn't only one path to hell or sky. There are quite some quiet female players out there liking a non-whore option or romantics like me wanting to see in all this filth that truth and love and hope can prevail. It is not meant as a Big-Bang story despite it can be played as such. ... hopefully, some day.
Pills: It's a programming problem mainly. We also discussed an option where MC is allergic to pills and has to live with the risks or make the cruel decision to sterilize for the private fun. I liked this dark idea but I don't think it will realize. So, just wait, as always.

Clear. Not surprisingly, interest in the game is falling and the number of patrons is decreasing.
Maybe, maybe due to the actual hysteria too. But I think, he doesn't care that much about the numbers. He's just in the game. And I am glad he still is.
