You probably are missing an event you have to do before. A lot of the events (even if they show up as quest items) need multiple events done to trigger the quest start. There are a couple of guides on here (search guide) that you can use.
also use the bathroom more with her. You will be able to share a bath and that continues the relationship.

I don't know if there is a current one, but if you search "walkthrough" or "guide" on the thread you will find a few from a few years back. They cover almost everything in the current game version. If you get stuck just search again with the quest wording

All right... so i ve install the latest version 0.92 and from my experience and what i read i must start a new game or use someone else's save?
... knowing this i am really sitting on the fence. i really like this game, i ve been a patreon a bit while back, but on the other end the grind is super real. like the game is just super grindy.
with the new HUD and new content does it worth it starting it all over again?
And i don't want to bitch or anything but come on... when there is a new version of a game that late in the life of the game, when players already spent 10+ hours grinding there should be a mode where you can start at least mid story and make recap choices.
Took me ages to have my own studio and i azm not sure that i want to back and pend weeks in the casino and all...
does anyone else feel the same?

Seems like i ve miss a step while installating the cheat mode lol ! How do ypu do that? (Put the files in the game folder.

I had the same issue with the save being mine was corrupt, but he provided a save file with the game so I used it so I didn't have to start from the beginning, only problem is some of the cards like the one in the basement he didn't get so I'm locked out of getting that card in future updates, I hope he fixes this OR we would have to start from the beginning. If you don't care about the cards however you will be golden.
