It's a folder. Ohmz forgot to tell the full path

%HOMEDRIVE%\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\BF-1490368329
or shorter
%APPDATA%\RenPy\BF-1490368329

where %HOMEDRIVE% is your system partition, often C:
and where %USERNAME% is your Windows local username, maybe yoli ;-)

You can copy one of the full strings given, open the file explorer and paste it into the field for the path value on top, press enter. Windows replaces the variables %% automatically. Then you delete everything inside or the folder from the level above.

If you're on Mac you need a different approach. Sorry for tech-babbling.
