sorry about that,but one the of the genre tags caught my curiosity and the preview screen shots of good graphics by the way. female models talking to other female characters. So I surmised that something paranormal happened to Alan.

Same problem on my intel Mac
It's a protection problem some of the files are not executable.
Find the directory Bringabottleofwine.app/
It will contain the directory Contents
in a terminal window issue this command
chmod -R 777 Contents/

Retry starting the game in the normal fashion and the game should load.
This can be fixed by setting the appropriate protections when the game is created.
