What I find more ridiculous some claim she shows back in the MC's help and wants him to help take of her kid that isnt his when that isn't anywhere near the truth. The kid is just park of the package of they are going to play her path but they act like she has a ulterior motive for getting back in the MC's life , beyond being friends.

Happens to a lot of games for different reasons. Even insanely popular ones like Summer's Gone got hit with pretty massive rewrites recently.

In this case it's obvious that the developer didn't like the initial reception grace received and made changes to fix it. Now they could of been like "whatever" and left it as is but usually the reasoning behind a change is to make something more popular and that's probably why the dev made the decision they did (basically so more people would be open to playing that characters path and not just outright skipping it).

Like i said in an earlier post you would think Tianna would suffer from the same fate as she's also a mother (who is actually worse in that regard compared to grace) but she gets away with it because we don't see her or haven't seen her backstory with Alice's father.

I don't see how he is being a simp for Grace. Getting together with Grace you know that the kid is a package deal and something you have to accept not being a simp at all. Anyone that actually cares for a single mother beyond sex but actually loves or cares for her deeply wouldn't have issue with it ( assuming the kid isn't a deal breaker for them), it's just being mature and a adult to be with the one you love even if it isn't ideal.

He is literally just reconnecting with a old friend , which might include looking after the kid once in awhile as a favor but that's called being a good friend. She isn't trying to take advantage of him or anything and the MC sure as hell isn't simping over her, the MC is just acting like an adult. I'm sure if all she did was use to him to take care of the kid then he would stop being a friend at one point. To me this reads / sounds like you just have a personal problem with her character having a kid that isn't the MC's for some reason when you can chose not to play her path.

But I think it depends a bit on age. If you ask me when I was 23+- (I think that's MC's age) I would have told you that I wouldn't have gone with a girl with a child even if I was drunk. When you get older, you see it differently and you realise that it's natural for it to happen, and you might have them too.

MC is older I think he is the same age as (grace same class) Vicky is 7yo so I think he is minimum 25/26 but I think he is older more like 28
grace knows that it's a barrier for some people won't cross that's why she didn't say that she had a kid when meeting MC.
and let's be real here for a moment some people go to even married women let alone single moms

I could be wrong, but he is Vanessa's age, and I seem to remember that they say Grace is 4 or 5 years older than him and that she used to babysit him with her parents.

if im being honest I don't know how I feel about her as a character compared to the rest ( still need to replay it) but the sexual tension and everything was enough to win me over and make her as my favorite. I mean it says something if I don't like 99% of LI with the same body build as Grace just cause not my cup of tea in terms of looks. Yet I got super exicted when I saw a bit nudity on her path and thought she was hotter / more attractive than most LI ive played even in others games cause of the character and sexual tension, when typically I wouldn't think any other LI like her is hot.

The only thing that bothers me about Grace are her crazy eyebrows, everything else about her is fine kid included. She’s a much better LI now than what she used to be in earlier builds. However I like Afina and Alice the most right now, Kylie used to be up there, but her current relationship situation sorta brought her down a bit for me. Everyone else is kinda just there.

Grace is like 3 or 4 years older than MC. He is around the same age as Vanessa and Rick (Kylie's and Afina's older brother).

While I myself ignored Grace largely for the same reasons her haters hate her, I don't see how her disadvantages are a problem in a game that has no shortage of other LIs.

My preferences:

1. Alice. The supernice blonde, beautiful, kind, very into studying, has some drama but is perfectly capable of dealing with it herself (with some help from Brie), has a crush on the MC already, AND the potential mother-in-law is fond of the MC... Can't go wrong with her, really. The only possible problem is if her dad advises her against marrying a cop considering how his own marriage to a cop ended, but that's manageable.
2. Kylie. Was superbitchy at the start, but if you try and patch things up with her (and you better do, as it's not a good thing to have a hostile lawyer who knows your secret around), melts fast. As of my current run, she's probaby the one with the hardest crush on the MC.
3. Tianna. I'm into romances on the job, and she's a very hot milf with tough exterior, but soft on the inside. Also, she's basically the MC of the short prologue, which makes me relate to her more.
4. Brie. Like Kylie, is a tsundere; while she's less of a bitch early on, she takes a lot more time to "defrost", and ultimately loses to her direct competitor because of that, imo.
5. Afina. I'm just not into tattoed girls, but for guys who like them or are at least okay, she deserves to be at the top. Like Alice, she's a nice girl, but is funnier to be around.
6. Grace. A single mom… And I don't wish any man to ever ask himself the question "who's the real dad - me or him?" While Tianna supposedly has the same status, it's actually totally different: Alice is an adult and lives with the dad, so the MC obviously won't do any parenting with her, leaving any possible dilemmas aside. So, Grace had no chance with me, and, for the sake of their old friendship, I made sure to not lead her on and to not give her false hope. She's obviously sad when she sees hints of the MC getting closer with Kylie (C'mon, a man you're interested in calls you in the middle of the night to learn your single friend's number?), but such are the circumstances…
7. Vanessa. If she turns out to be an undercover fed, she'll go straight to the second place. However, if she truly works for the powerful drug-dealing organization, well… She can't be anything but enemy to me, though the MC might disagree.

There's also Eveline, but I doubt she's a MG in her own right, but rather a SG or a throuple option for Brie. Also, I miss Felicia. She seemed pretty close with the MC when she was there, but alas, she disappeared from the game
