You need someone willing to do furry, which limits it a bit. But there is also the issue of sheer volume. All the Eeveeloutions have huge amounts of fan art, SFW and NSFW. Characters like that are significantly more work to build packs for. Multiply that by the number of them, and it's quite a job to do them.I'm surprised no one's done the eeveeloutions other than eevee
wouldn't that be a good thing since they have so much to pick from? I'm honestly thinking of working on it myself, maybe not all the eeveeloutions, I might do like glaceon and sylveon, and see how I feel from thereYou need someone willing to do furry, which limits it a bit. Remember that Leortha is from the top-down school of 'get all the pics and prune them'. And, well, the picking is still work, no matter the approach. Do a 1000+ image pack and you'll see how happy you'll be after it's finally done. And done can involve stuff like intentionally gaming the tag system to make for a better variety, and not just what's been called 'WYSIWYG' tagging which is the popular and recommended way. Plus making a proper _BK.ini, maybe some events... Most pack makers never use half the flexibility BK offers due to how much work it all is.wouldn't that be a good thing since they have so much to pick from?
how do you make a _BK.ini? is it mentioned in this thread? Also I'd love a feature that like goes to the next non tagged image to make things easier, is there a function like that or no?Remember that Leortha is from the top-down school of 'get all the pics and prune them'. __neronero recently made a _BK.ini generator addon to the tagger tool. Leortha has a template you can download and use as a base.how do you make a _BK.ini?
I don't think so. Not sure how popular it'd be, either, since you can just wipe your filenames clean and thus move anything untagged to the beginning of the pile. Which you can jump to after each commit. Also I'd love a feature that like goes to the next non tagged image to make things easier, is there a function like that or no?
Given that a lot of images come from imageboards and are already meticulously hand-tagged by real people and over-tagging is a thing, this might not be as useful as it looks. Not sure how accurate it is, either, since it seems to be aimed at real-time use? It might end up as something like the tagging equivalent of machine translation, and do you want to be known as the MT pack-maker?Object DetectionYou must be registered to see the links.
what do you mean by that? I'm not sure what you mean by wipe file names cleanI don't think so. Not sure how popular it'd be, either, since you can just wipe your filenames clean and thus move anything untagged to the beginning of the pile. Which you can jump to after each commit.
Name them something like _UNTAGGED (00000).jpg, _UNTAGGED (00001).jpg, etc. Most (if not all?) file managers have a multi-rename option. The tagger places these at the start of your pic list, and you can jump there with a few applications of the '-100' button, or the default 'jump to'.what do you mean by that? huh didn't know you could rename files in a batch like that, TIL. That should definitely help me make the pack I wantName them something like _UNTAGGED (00000).jpg, _UNTAGGED (00001).jpg, etc. Most (if not all?) file managers have a multi-rename option. Better compression is the main reason. Their size tends to add up once you're running with 200 girlpacks. JPG and PNG work just as well (and I'm sure Renpy supports many other image formats)any reason they need to be in WEBP format? what are the supported file types?
