For static images, just download them as their source type, and batch convert them to WebP, using something like Xnconvert (free program).

For animated stuff, I usually only deal with stuff that is already webm, or gif, which can be pretty quickly converted using any number of online (free) website into webm. There are definitely online resources for mp4 to webm conversions, so probably just a google search away from finding something that fits your needs.

Yep I use VSDC video editor to convert it, but it takes sometimes even a few minutes till it converts the single file, so I thought that maybe there is some browser extension or program that allow you to save time with manual converting every video and gives an option to download videos directly in WebM just like a Pixiv Toolkit that allows to download Ugoira in WebM format. Well, I guess I have no other option than manually convert every Mp4 to WebM, then.
Anyway, thanks for an answer.

The newest version of the tagging tool, actually has a really nice function for generating a BK.ini built in.

If you go to the big spreadhseet in the first post that has all the packs, you can sort by any column you like. Would either want to use girl name if you are looking for specific characters (which is the default sorting method), or you can sort by franchise/source column instead if you just want everyone from a specific show/game/etc.

Do you mean the picture namer? I got the 2.8 version, it's the newest, I think.

To be a bit more clear...

Static GIFs work just fine in the game.

Animated GIFs will never work.

But they can be converted to WEBM format, and will generally work at that point.

This is all limitations of Ren'py, not limitations specific to this game.

Assuming your tagging tool is up to date enough: With the desired girl pack selected, there is an option on the main menu that says "Generate BKini". After that, it pretty much holds your hand all the way through. For reference, I am sitting at version 2.8.14, you can see the version number at the bottom of the main menu screen.
