From what I can tell: gangbang ending, pet play and pregnancy ending. Lots of missing/re-used art though.

The whole point of it is the actions between the 2 women, a slow build would have just dragged it out pointlessly.

People that enjoy stuff like this aren't looking for slow builds.

There is no one clear protagonist in the game, it is told in the third person and you make choices for all three main characters on occasion, but the vast majority on behalf of the futa character and the wife. It's certainly a game about cheating, but it's not written from the point of view of the guy having his wife stolen.
