Is anyone else having trouble downloading the file?

I get to about half a meg left and it restarts the download. It's done that to me twice now.

He had a tweet where you could see Pan, Bulma (namek ver) and Klefla already being part of KP3 so super characters are gonna appear

He showed 9 panels in total it seems he deleted the post for some reason (maybe because of pan you know how twitter is, assuming that) but aside from the ones I mentioned there were 3 more silhouettes that were gonna be revealed soon.
