do you know why the game was abandoned? Its so sad this is no longer in production, though I understand why. The boss was 10/10, and at least she got a scene before the end.

Ok, what was their contribution? Because I stand by my comment from almost a year ago. Cutting this off with so little content involving the MCs boss after finally giving us just a little taste was simply cruel lolmy colleague who worked on the game with me has left.

If you think of giving it another shot but a hesitate because you're on your own now I'd personally offer help with basically any step in the process you need, and I doubt I'm the only person who'd help if it meant this was eventually completed, or at least not left on a random unplanned cliffhanger the way it is now.
I only have the bare minimum of experience developing VNs (which came primarily from trying to make mods for existing games as well as troubleshooting game and mod updates for some people. I've done years in the trenches of software development in a few different roles, even including working for a AAA developer for the better part of a year during a crunch period to finish a game bu their deadline, but I say it's better than nothing, right?

beautimusHey everyone,
Thank you for the offer. However, it was important to me to continue the journey with my colleague, as he was the one who introduced me to the wonderful worlds of Visual Novels. I started enjoying it more and more, and my passion for the project kept growing. I created render after render, improving along the way, which motivated me even further. My colleague was responsible for the story and coding. I still love it, but unfortunately, my coding and writing skills are rather mediocre.
I have to admit that the journey of Burger Boy has (for now) come to an end, as too much time has passed for a comeback, and I haven't been able to convince my colleague to continue (but who knows). I'll focus on improving my skills from here on, and I still love creating animations and renders. I've even started working on my own renders for another game that I'm developing on my own because I really enjoy the whole concept of Visual Novels. Maybe one day, you'll see my own game on this site.

If the journey does continue, you'll be the first to know. Thank you for your interest. Best regards.

Did you bother to read the post you quoted?will the project be continued?
True, I didn’t even think about the Goblin Girls eitherI'm always down for another High Fantasy romp, especially if there's gonna be green girls
Honestly you have killer art skills. Will check out any project you work on.True, I didn’t even think about the Goblin Girls either
oh fuck yeah.....Hey everyone,
For those of you still following this post: I wanted to see if you’d be interested in a Visual Novel set in a fantasy knight era. I’m thinking about making one and have a few small previews to share. If you like what you see, I might continue with the project.
this has nothing to do with "Burger Boy and His Afterlife." This is my own project, and I just want to see if it interests anyone. It's a Visual Novel set in a fantasy knight era that I'd like to create. Here are a few small previews. If you like it, I might continue with the project.
You must be registered to see the links<---- You can see a summary of the animations here. And yes, I might have over-edited it a bit.
