Right? I'm trying to play another game and despite being pretty well rendered the dialogue is so stupid. That's not even an opinion. Like LI says "I'd like to keep it casual now" and MC thinks I guess she wants to keep it casual now. And there is so much of it. I post to ask if it gets better and no one seems to know what I am talking about.

True and T4boo is pushing the boundaries on improving renders and scenes. Just surprised to see so many egregiously worse games dialogue-wise to go completely unflagged and this one get called out.

The game could really benefit from an English-first language editor. There are regular mistranslations and malapropisms.

I know translation is hard. For having some of the best renders and plots ever this game is one of the most riddled with errors for a western game. All the errors really interrupt the flow of the story for me (maybe not others/most?), and any native speaker of English as an editor/proof reader would have caught them.

I’m still willing to hire a proofreader to go through the entire game, especially before the Steam release. The game scripts are not translated into English — they are written directly in English and are only now being translated into other languages.

I just finished version 1.4 and cannot praise this VN enough, wonderful renders, fantastic animations and good writing in an interesting setting
I understand the structure and the development of the different paths, but I had perfered at least a little bit of drama on the Tyrone path. After he had fun with Lara and Angelica months go past and they never met, never had any conflict with the male MC ? I think it is a missed opportunity, but this is the only complain I have.

I may have confused things by using the word "error." That goes back to an earlier post where I was talking about the dialogue. I am not noticing programming errors. Game runs very smoothly in that regard.

I was talking about dialogue, spoken or thought by the characters as having what I assume are translation errors.

If you are still interested in that I could go through again and find some examples but they are all pretty much one-offs so I am not sure if examples of some would help you find the rest.

And if you are still interested is the report channel a discord thing or different thread on hear somewhere or something else?

I’m using a proprietary model for the main story arc (it keeps the script logic and main variables in memory) and local LLMs for the NSFW parts.

Dr. Wick will have big opening scene for Part 2 - Burning Boundaries.
