All this time that I was following the game, and the DLGB discord, he seemed like a very nice person, sometimes he shared an update with me for free when I couldn't pay because of problems with Visa in my country. And in general he was always a polite and kind person. From this I conclude that he would not have left silently, especially considering that he was doing an update and sharing spoilers.Perhaps, unfortunately, something bad happened to him. Just don't get me wrong, but it seems to me that "such" games can only be created by a "special" person with "strange" mind, or maybe idk - drugs? I hope he's alive and will return one day, but for now gg.
Wild Speculation man. But I will agree, he does have special Strange Mind.. A damn Good Artist..

I thought it was supposed to take longer than- ... huh, I guess that was six months ago. Time is weird.
Another example of big wasted potential.. This one could've been best corruption themed game with amazing 2 characters. Loyal wife and Hungry daughter ''who wants to learn some stuff !'' In the reality what really happened ?
- Bullshit character named Riley got the most attention thanks to the gay stuff fans.
- Greediness for money '' No my account on ''x'' site got down. Fuck it ! i abandoned the game ! ''
- Every new update fucking 5-10 new characters were added to game. They make 0 sense and after next patch most of them was forgotten and you never see them again..
- Suddenly story changes because of new characters
- 10-20 renders for 1-2 months waiting..
- Consistency..
The list can goes on and on.. Shame.. This one was one of the favourites of mine...

This game has been abandoned about 50 times, it will come back lol
update comes out next week, this poster gets all redfaced / deletes post, never says another word for 7 months
It annoyed me more that gay content was skippable not avoidable. The scene happened in the backgroung but was not shown and the dialogues prove it.
I agree the game would far better with the corruption 4 female characters. The mother, daughter, asian and that rich bitch.
Now it is suffering from character bloat and with no clear direction.

Sadly a VERY common occurrence in AVNs. I'm not a dev, but I would at least block out the main storyline before going to the trouble of learning Ren'py and starting the arduous provess of getting a game new game up and running. But it seems as though >50% of devs think they will just wing it as they go and then unsurprisingly get Meereenese-knotted after a few days of story.
A lot of times new characters get dropped in for a quick sex scene to make up for the main characters having slower progression and I believe that is the case here.

It is even dumber/worse overall when it contains poorly veiled homophobia... I mean, come on. Are people still getting their shitstained boxers in a twist over the fact that some men simply enjoy having sex with other men? And in the supposedly enlightened year of 2025 at that!

People get angry due to gay sex being forced midway through a straight game and that too making it integral to the story.
That's the problem, if the gay sex is optional, it shouldn't affect the story.
Yeah, but see, all of the gay content in this game was there basically from the start and it was entirely optional on top of that. So no one has any real right nor reason to get all pissy over it with this game in particular. That's why I pointed out that it was so stupid to use as an argument that the game was somehow "lesser" for having it.

bruh every week ill see a reply to this game and get excited thinking theres news about an update. but its always some guy crying about Riley. 99% of the games on here dont feature that kind of content. go play something else and let people who enjoy that stuff finally have something good
I half agree with you. The Riley stuff doesn't do anything for me, but I'm also not so insecure that it bothers me in any way either. But yes, there are some insecure players that can't handle content existing even if it is totally optional.
They're probably worried they'll be tempted if that content is available. I think what you might be missing is that at least some of the "crying about Riley" (especially early on) wasn't as much about Riley as it is/was about the total change in focus in the story from what it started out as and was promoted as in early previews, etc. A lot of players tried the game because it looked like a game focused on the mom & daughter next door. And it was all about them at first. But sadly we have seen nothing of them in a good while now, and the first thing fans could latch on to and complain about was that the Riley content most of them weren't playing took the dev's focus away from continuing with the other characters.
