When you right click while playing the game to bring up the save menu on the left there is a relationship button. Click it and then the portrait of MC and you can alter everything.

Except for Lins nickname. It currently has it set to Landlady and you need to change the variable with console or URM.

Enter only "Twin", as this tag [asr] is also used in combination with "[asr]-[sn]" for "Twin-Sister" or "[asr]-[bn]" for "Twin-Brother".
Author doesn't bother about using tag-capitalization like [asr!c] for using "Twin" or [asr!l] for "twin", so better define everything capitalized as these terms are sometimes used at sentence start or in combination with the undefinable tags like [bb] for "Big" and [yy] for "Little" which are also used together as "[yy] [bn]" for "Little Brother" and "[bb] [sn] for "Big Sister".

Indeed I have. It only allows for changing MC first name, family name, and companies (sp) name.
