Of course a decent game would end up abandoned in the midst of so much bad stuff, its not even surprising at this point.

I suppose the dev was discouraged by the low number of patreons he got, although to be honest he is responsible for that, releasing an update 9 months after the first release is a perfect recipe for failure
He could be like other devs and at least fake his own death.

Guys... for real ? After playing E2 I thought its finally getting interesting. Now I find out Patreo is nuked, he has still subscribstar but with a new title Porcelain Hearts ? He uses all models. I HOPE its just a change of name, for whatever the purpose is...
I mean for god sake, such a good game, good characters with good models + even the hot mom got a model change for the better. We even got new girls introduced.... why abandoning it ?

If he comes back and is steady with updates I promise to support. I thought this one had alot of potential and it may be worth the risk for me.

Why so often good games have to be abandoned and games that are crap or just copied from others are still on this forum and it's not going to change, it's not fair

Why would you do this? That's similar to putting money on something like Star Citizen. You're just going to get burned.

I don't know how to describe it but I felt like the theme of the story fit me well. It's difficult to describe as it's more a personal preference.

Hahah hell no. I've actually recently cured my depression and have never been happier. I'm striving for success in my life more and more. I just can't explain why I liked this game so much or why I'd still support it if it came back. Basicly what I'm saying is I'd give them a second chance as we need to live in a world where second chances are posssible.
it would be a third chance, but i get what you're saying.

2- Not really, literally the plot is: MC's uncle wants to give a subtle clue about what MC should do after high-school by telling him to watch the next news, MC misunderstand the "clue" and decides to join the army: it doesn't matter if the rest of the game is good(and somehow i doubt it), the plot is idiotic.

Damn, I was really hoping that this game would continue being developed, sure the MC isn't perfect (pretty fucking dumb to be honest, who in hell would go to die in a war instead of being with their friends) but that's what makes this game a little better than others the fact that the MC has to grow by realizing his mistakes in the worse way possible by slowly felling the pain his dumbass is causing to others. The mom is also such a good character, she is a bitch and a huge hypocrite by talking about how MC's actions towards his friends are cruel meanwhile her actions are fucking horrible. Anyway I fell like a writing/novel nerd but if the Dev is still reading this thread I gotta say, you have potential to make a very good game and I hope that you will give it another try, thank you.
