As a reminder, an extra ending has been added to Episode 1 with this release. The choice to switch between the endings is added shortly after the main character arrives at Victoria's house.

What does this mean? Does it mean that there is the original ending and the remake to choose from? And depending on which one the player chooses, I suppose the story has to be different in the next episodes, right? (Because having different ending options but having no difference in the story in the next chapters wouldn't make sense)

Mimir in his discord said that this is the first serious decision that we make in this novel, and in the future the story will change significantly from our choice.
