I've noticed that Sami's corruption level 2 doesn't always appear in the guide after she has reached corruption 1. Is there a reason for that?

Same problem. I think it's a bug because I used unlock all and it didn't work

Visually pregnant. So far only one of them (in the public release) are pregnant and has content relating to it during the game loop.
Other pregnancies are seen in bonus scenes.
The game is reaching a point now where more pregnancy stuff is happening. Haily is next up.

Neither, it's an unfinished game in development. Corruption 5 for Haily have no content yet.

Well, I don't know if you can say that. You only provide support that refutes one of his hypotheses. The other is still inconclusive. There's not enough data at this point.
