Can anyone give me some tips on how to progress with Haily? The only interaction I'm having with her on my current loops is when she accidentally sends me a topless picture near the end. I remember there was a way to text her sooner than that, but I can't remember how I got there.

Ask Carla for her number, start calling her from there by going to your room, or the tree outside in early morning/night
I see the option for that now, but on the guide, the "Need Haily's number" option is in red, and I can see the lines below that that lead to getting her number. It looks like I should already have her number, but I don't have the option to text her in my room or by the tree. Is it possible my save is glitched?
Update, tried on a fresh save, still can't get the option to call her after asking for her number, is there some other condition I have to fulfill?

You can unlock Haily's contact in your first loop if you're quick about it.
1) Get Number (Saturday Morning):
2) Go to room and Call Haily (Saturday Noon):
3) Go to the Girls (Alex, Jenny & Lina, and Sami) and take photos (Saturday & Sunday):
Saturday Noon -
Saturday Afternoon -
Sunday Noon -
4) Call Hailey again (Monday Morning):
You must have 3 photos of your 'friends' for this step to work
(Photos can vary based on choices)
5) Make sure to enable "Contact" Status in the menu between loops by clicking Hailey's round thumbnail:
You can now call Haily on every loop by going to your room, or the tree, depending on time of day.
If this doesn't work still: restart your save and just do these six steps immediately to unlock Haily. Unlock Haily, I beg of you. She's so precious. You need her.

Thanks, this did the trick, I must have missed the option to call her from my room because there wasn't an icon there to show that an interaction was possible.

I think the reason there isn't an icon there is because you can do other things too.
In regards to Haily, how do you get the pregnancy ending with her? I've unlocked the Fertile corruption, and did the date sex. But it never ends with the pregnancy ending.

you need to invite Alex Saturday Night to Porn Date (bathroom for corruption 1/2/3 or her bedroom for corruption 4+)
And to invite Haily too, you just need to have Love 6 with Haily
Go to the forest the Sunday Midnight (for sex, choose "Sorority Initiation Day")

In the corruption tab part which comes after the loop ends in that for every character corruption vaginal sex has not been mentioned but the games tag have this am i missing something?
Mc has sex with the characters present in cabin ? Or is it someone else not at cabin and that's how games got the vaginal sex tag ?

You can currently have vaginal sex with multiple of the characters... The corruption tab has been up for a rework for months now and it has been falling very behind. I don't want to redo it before that because I'd just be doubling up on work.
That baby's gotta come from somewhere.

I've made a few edits to the patch provided by a beneficent contributor. I've fixed a few grammatical and spelling errors. You will very likely need to start a new save, however.
It seems the patch is injected on New Game for anything that replaces whole text-boxes as some of the changes do not manifest when loading an existing save.
Drop it in the game folder, obviously. Overwrite the patch files in the OP.
Edit: fix.
Right-click, and 'Save Link As...' to download, obviously.

What is the plot thread with the mysterious Babysitter in the scrapbooking photo? Is that new, or did I just only recently unlock it? It's boggling my brain.
