Don't listen to what Gigss17 said, it's not about pregnancy, although pregnancy is linked to some aspects of the transformation.
The transformation tag is for breast expansion through hypnosis, drinking breast milk (as far as I know, the magic properties of the milk is not explained in the game, but I last played on v0.37) and also pregnancy.
There might be other factors that I'm forgetting.

I think there's a bug with world corruption. Before from my previous saves and all that I unlocked, I was at 71 corruption, but then it reset to around 15 so I couldn't get Carla's moonstone at the 50 level check without using a debug to input a higher number (I picked 90). Then after the loop was done, it reset again only going up 2 points higher than 15 to 17.

How did you find Carla's moonstone?

Very cool game idea!!! Kinda like a groundhogs day loop but you slowly change the world with each loop. The ingame scene tree is very helpful. I was stuck ... for awhile, then I clicked on the button below the scene tree, which gives hints on how to progress. Anyway love it!

Hola tengo una duda ¿como hago para que no se reinicie el progreso que hago con cada personaje?

Solo para que sepas, Este es un foro de habla inglesa por lo que la mayoría del tiempo serás ignorado si hablas en español.
Respondiendo a tu pregunta, El único progreso que se salva de los personajes entre loops son los niveles de corrupción que desbloqueas y los correos, todo lo demás es reiniciado al inicio del próximo Loop.
Para seleccionar el nivel de corrupción ve a la pantalla negra al inicio de cada Loop > selecciona la chica a la cual quieres subirle la corrupción > Si tienes desbloqueada la corrupción clickea el nivel que quieres > Regresa a la Reunion/Empieza el Loop > ??? > Profit
