Not sure if it's on my end, but the pc mega copy was flagged as dangerous by my Edge browser. I used the pixel link instead with no issues

Been proverbially slamming my head against a while for an hour now and I can pretty confidently say that the altered note quest is just fucking broken rn.

Been trawling the thread that could help and the only thing I haven't done is get Haily's insight on the note, but I can't get that because I'm automatically taken into the book discussion menu.

Edit: Tabbed one page back, saw that this has been reported, gonna see if I can solve it again.

Edit 2: Alright, figured something out. "Tacit excuse" means "get caught opening the suitcase with the unaltered note and let the whole scene play out." Haily's advice may be broken in v46, but it's not actually necessary if you know the code.

After you've seen that, and probably also have the other scenes, you can snag a fresh note, borrow Lina's camera, and alter it.

She's been in the game for a long time but appears only a few times... so far.
The last time I checked her events was on v0.32, I think. And there was only 3 appearances if I remember correctly.
The one you got is the easiest to trigger.
One of them gets easier to spot the higher the World Corruption is.

As far as I can tell from the events I saw, she's part of the overarching lore of the game.
I think her story is directly tied to the time loop.

I last played the game about 9 months ago so my memory is a bit foggy but if I remember correctly the 3 events (that I know of) with the mysterious lady can be triggered in the following way.

Found a neat bug. On a brand new save did the tutorial. On the first loop I was nice to Sami and took the luggage, peeped on her in the evening and the next day I entered the bathroom when she is talking to Lin. Her model randomly shifts between normal, pregnant and pregnant with no panties. If you pick the first option it causes a random error too.

I deleted my save file in both places too and repeated the same steps, just to make sure I could easily replicate it.

I'm pretty sure the Altered Note Lisa corruption is broken on my save. I've got all the conditions but the dialogue to get Lina to help doesn't trigger. It says in the 1st image below that I haven't talked with Lin on this loop, but I have. In the 2nd image there should be a dialogue option "Borrow Lina's Camera" according to the in-game guide, but it doesn't pop up.

Finally I decide to play after so long xDD because I downloaded it but I couldn't play it because of time and work.

I pass the first day, I activate the cheats to reveal the routes. day two... I go to bother sammy who is in the bathroom with Lin... an error arises.
I click Rollback and use the mouse wheel to go back scenes before, the game blocks the options. It only leaves me one to use, and that's the one that gave me the error. xDDDD

I think that's all of the secret lore though, atleast what we can speculate with what the game gives us. There's a worn out journal that appears after 50(?)WC but Nunu is always teasing me with it's contents. There's also normal stuff that happens before the reunion with the girls, but they are pretty mundane AFAIK.
And there's also spoilers that Nunu has given previously in old comments, though I absolutely refused to even glance at them. That's cheating and no fun. (And depending on the spoiler, probably outdated?) anyways. My comment ended up being a lot longer that I expected, lol.

Best way to implement a "gallery" in this game, should you decide to (maybe for the final version?) would imo just be a "next scene" list accessible only from the pause screen during gameplay that snapshots the current variables in the run, and skips you to the start of that scene, with ones that are not currently possible/need something else first being inaccessible/greyed out. Skipping would also be a great feature from a user standpoint as a cheat of some sort, as you could skip dialogue you already read before but kept messing up the exact way to the next scene/unlock.

every scene is in a time loop over a weekend, so i think it just needs galleries per character, and for each character you have the time slots they have scenes in. for cases with multiple scenes in a given time slot, just give all of them as options and their requirements, so you know which ones to go for if you're checking them in order.
