There are no plans to turn the player into a vampire. Given how time slots work and the lore, becoming a vampire wouldn't work well with the game anyway (there is a ton of content that can't be accessed at night, and the final quest for the vampires revolves around their inability to resist the sun). In a different type of game, it could have been cool (I do like that kind of content), but it doesn't really fit with how Caliross was designed.

I'll be the guy to say this, I think there should be an option to skip certain minigames, puzzles for games like this for us shlubs that want through those parts to get to the story and sexual parts quicker.
Now I know "but that gets rid of the challenge" will be used to counter this but like I said there are a group of the audience that just wants to get the meat, as quick as possible.

Maybe an optional "bad end" scene after completing all other vampire content? Like Eliza and Edith (when submissive)?
Do you get a loop in Charles's conversation? If so, that's a bug that has been fixed in the patreon version (it doesn't affect those who flirted with him during the quest, which is why it escaped notice before). If that's not the case, instead, make sure to tell me what's the issue, maybe I can fix it.
I have been thinking about how to modulate puzzles and their difficulty. Right now it would be kind of hard to go through Caliross and change stuff, but my ideas would be useful in future games. if you have some specific puzzles bothering you, I can see if I can maybe add some options to ease the difficulty, or allow to skip them.
I think generally it's easier to have a more costumizable challenge if you plan for it from the start. I like puzzles, but since I personally started to hate mazes, I can see why some allowances should be made.
On the plus side, TOTDC 2 shouldn't need tweaking, because usually the quests have multiple solutions, and often there is a "just shoot everything that moves" approach.
I am not sure if it's quite in Beatrix's character, but that would definitely avoid gameplay issues. I'll think about it, but no promises.

If all these people want is to JO and not actually engage with the GAME part of H-games, then why are they even here? Why not just go to Pornhub or something?
Personally, I'm here looking for some fun RPGMaker games, and if I can blow my load to them too? All the better.

I don't mind puzzles myself it's just at times I would like to get the heat of the matter or whatever.

Yeah, some people don't care about the game aspect, but I also understand that some might genuinely hate/be bad at certain aspects of the game, while liking the rest. There are some games (adult or not) with some dreadful combat, for example, even if the rest is good, and the combat is overly represented. You can't please everyone, of course, but it's worth thinking about whether you can ease the curve here and there. Generally speaking, the walkthrough is my safety net in that sense, but it's not always the best tool available.

I can't do a lot at the university. I am in a fight with Marjorie but I dont fall into a trap. Enchantment lessons are not available, each time I enter the class Room I get a message saying that its not available for the moment. I go to the bathroom but dont get any actions. I can enter the boys area as a bimbo but thats it. Do I miss something?

Yeah, the exploring bits the best part. Like when I found the Dragon for the first time without using the walkthrough or when started finding all the uses for the mouse and fish transformations outside of temples. Walking around and finding stuff is neat.

I'm a bit confused about your post. But if your talking about being Zanti Barn then grab one of the ropes on the far left of the barn and the hook on the wall and it will make a grappling hook then simply use it in your inventory to escape. If you went down the stairs in the barn you are kind of knackered as it will lead to a mind-control scene. Not sure about Beatrix though as I never go that path in the game.
Sorry for the late reply, but I am dealing with some health issues at the moment, so I have been in "low power mode" for a while. Which version are you running?

Because Beatrix: Im friend with Beatrix and she strictly haves a look, that I dont work for the Zanti-Farm. Thats all.
For me it really depends on what I'm after. Sometimes I want the kinda stuff you only see in H games without actually playing one. But other times I really like the story or gameplay. Like Harem Hotel or Kinky Dungeon respectively
