Ah, I thought as much. Though (at least in version 0.1 and 0.2) you get the email from a sissy regardless of your fitness level, at least, if I'm not mistaking. Not sure if it was random or Nyxi.

averagehtmlenjoyer I've noticed that once you get Vanniall to live at the mansion, the shower random events become more rare (I think Vanniall only appears in the shower when you have 2-3 energy); Laura stops appearing at all. When you also get Sara, she appears most often.

, and you have to deal with them in different ways, i.e. hand out autographs, pay bribes to the cops, etc., and if you fail to deal with them one too many times, it's game over because you'll get arrested or chased out of town, or whatever.
I'll take a look at the shower thing, it's supposed to prioritize girls with lower corruption so you can unlock faster.
I was thinking of adding some kind of mansion Fame/Renown based on, amongst other things, how many girls/followers you have in total that could unlock events like that, but it still needs to be worked out. Thx for the tips

Well, to be fair, Laura does have a lot more corruption by that point in my playthrough.

But the dev already added such a possibility. You need to get the beauty salon upgrade for the mansion (must have two spare rooms ready), then follow the feminization route that's unlocked by 'trying on a wig' while at the salon. It's pretty basic so far, but it's a start.

averagehtmlenjoyer is the hospital planned to have any special interactions, or is it only for the upcoming, potential trans-surgery for the player?
I haven't come up with anything good yet, for now I'm saving it for hormones/surgery in the future. If I think of some events there I will add them

I already told you. Get to new gurls to live at the mansion and you'll get a notification about the beauty salon being available as a mansion update. Get it, then go to the beauty salon and 'try on wig' or whatever it's called. From there, continue following prompts. You might also need to start camming yourself, but I don't know if it's a hard requirement.

Also, maybe the ability to buy viagra or meds for the gurls when they're not feeling well, maybe have a random event when the player is mugged in the park and has to go to the hospital or something.

Do I have to do something super special to get the new stuff? No matter what I try I don´t get any new girl and can´t do anything at the hospital fitness and knowledge are already max so I am kind of at a loss?
Are you sure you're playing 0.4? Where did you download or play?
you were to fast^^ I found my problem. I overlooked the second girl and withour inviting her nothing else progresses either obviously. So everything works fine now thanks a lot.
