There's only the two, the second is different based on male/female MC
It doesn't do much, I didn't want it to restrict choices like I did at some point but I'll probably use it in the endings

Then instead of saying "Unlock Nyxi as a Trans woman" shouldn't it say "Unlock Nyxi after MC becomes Trans " ?

Ew I hope not. I already dislike how transitioning locks you out of some scenes with the gurls. Being exclusively into BBC would lock out almost all of the content.

1st girl (Vanniall) Management level : 5
2nd girl (Sara) Management level : 10
3rd girl (Izzy) Management level : 15
4th girl (Venus) Management level : 20
After Posting AD for a new tenant, wait for about 5-6 days in-game days. The 'Check Mail' in Laptop will become 'Check Mail (Unread Messages)'. you'll be able to see a request from All 4 girls but will be able to unlock All of them only after the rooms are built.

Why Trans MC is only available for Sub route?? Can't we get a Trans MC for Dom Route as well. Something like a Procedure in the Hospital for example??
I doubt it, that's only one route with Nyxi. I don't think the rest of the game is going to pan out that way.

5 bad things things that really stuck out to me:
- Characters only existing to fill in sex scenes
- Kineticness/ decision making only being yes/no
- Characters only being trans (Yeah, having nobody else exist that is a character is also meh)
- No real overarching story apart from just opening new locations/scenes
- Grind was a bit meh
