Off the top of my head, there's almost literally nothing to do. A few of the girls from the Unity version are here, but Gwen (arguable the most finished girl besides Frankie) doesn't show in the CG's. Frankie does, which is obviously counter intuitive.
A lot of the girls from the Unity version aren't there in the Ren'Py version.
The shopping system isn't there or is broken, forgot which.
Pretty sure there's an option to cheat which makes everything else pointless.
The story goes nowhere near as far as the Unity version due to its sudden transfer and poor attempt at it.
And you get a lot of Exceptions Occurred, which while they can be ignored, is still pretty annoying.
There is more but that's just what I got off the top of my head.

This game is a total botch... Played the 1.1 Unity version. (Still says it is 1.0-beta in the title-screen)
I got 3 "todo" things. Did them, and nothing has happened since. I think it thinks that I won the game. There are a total of only four items to buy from the store, but like 30 inventory slots. All girls are like 104 relation, with no other stats. No clothes to buy, so no point to having "Wear this" as a selection.
If I broke the game, just by playing it, by "talking" to everyone, then it's a botch-job.
The only thing that ever happened was some crazy, unrelated and pointless shit, about a military lock-down and some new character coming, after some long-winded and unimaginative, non-interactive click-through event that took me to a fallen asteroid in an area that you can't get to. (Even though it says it was added to the map.)
Then, nothing... Walk around without anything to do, except talk to girls and get them to fuck you, or show a few lame drawn "U" boobs. Great, now I'm living ground-hog day... Except NOTHING EVER CHANGES.
I think I screwed it up when I just found enough money to buy the screwdriver, used it, and then talked to the three people in the "todo" list, after having talked them all up to 30+ points, before it decided "Hey, now is time to show the ending!", even though NOTHING leading-up to the ending was even done. There are apparently no "checks" in-place to prevent advancement into parts that shouldn't be done.
That is like having the sword that kills a boss-dragons in one hit, hidden in a bush next to the spot where you start a game. Playing the game once, eventually leads you to the location, after days of playing... but some idiot makes it available from the beginning, so one "stumble" into the bushes will reveal it, and just start rolling the credits. Then they try to play the rest of the game, and never get to the last set of dialogue telling them about the "dragon sword", because you already killed it, and none of the "dragon killed my city" dialogue ever appears.
When, what should have happened, at a programming level, was NOT placing the sword UNTIL the dialogue for the sword was even said. (Telling you where it was hidden. Which should be a place that you could have never possibly ever "accidentally" stumbled upon in your travels.)
I suppose that this might appeal to teen who just discovered porn-games. I don't even know who most these characters are attempting to be clones of, as if that would matter, because the dialogue is just vacant anyways.

Bad copy-traced artwork (Looks like a drunken child traced bad art)
Bad interface and navigation (Useless clicking that would have been avoided)
Bad programming logic (or lack of any)
Total waste of an hour of my time, which got me nowhere, fast.
Why even have a "cheat option", if there is no point in cheating? Guess that would have reduced my play-time to only ten minutes, if I cheated.
P.S. If you only use "first names", don't use two people with the same first name. Also, make sure that the icons actually represent the person. One icon has a black haired girl, but it represents a red/orange haired girl in the game, which looks nothing like the oriental icon. There are also two "Gwen" characters. Why? Couldn't find another named character to rip-off?

It's been 112 days since the developer has given any news or even talked about this game. Almost a third of a year... and he hasn't said anything about the game lol.

Pretty sure Vault cut their losses and opted to just try the American Dad game.
Not that I blame 'em. Unity's potential got too big and they just got way ahead of themselves.

Tis a sad way to end a game but unfortunately these kinds of things happen with these patron-funded indy games.
Doesn't give me that much hope for the new game tbh seeing as updates are painfully slow and communucation is practically non-existant with the Vaultster.

Hello! Good news! Camp Pinewood 1.5 is here.

It’s been a long time and yet, I still have a lot to do.
I know, some people may be disappointed with amount of new content, but I’ll explain. Some of the original content was cut till the next version. I decided to release it a little unfinished just to show you I don’t waste any time, and new update is already in production.
Main changes:
Engine
First of all, I changed the engine from unity to renpy just to make this game work well even on a toaster.
It took most of my time. I spent weeks transferring it. And it turned out good I think.
New menus, better map, autosave, etc.
But also there will be new bugs. But I have a little help now, just to fix them.
Story
Then, I rebuild the initial story structure, added some scenes to make it more interesting, and changed direction to be able to do more with it.
For example, in next version, you choose side in the story, and stick with Madeline, punishing girls. As I said some older parts of story will be added in later, with a new ones, to make it more logical and exciting.
Characters
I tried to create new way to build relationship with character. Less grinding. But it now works only for 3 character. Frankie, Gwen and Jessica.
The main goal of this and next updates is to make all characters used in the story.
In 1.5 there are 3 new characters: Lola Bunny(Humanized), Judy(Original Character), Daphne
Plans
In last months I had no holidays, worked all the time I didn’t sleep just to make it good game.
Now, when the toughest coding part is done, I will take a break (work on American MILF which is more linear), and will return to Camp Pinewood to finish the story, with multiple endings, new characters, and better interactions, events, and more.
I really want to finish Camp Pinewood and move on to new projects. But I won't sleep well until I do it right.
P.S.: I hired a guy to help me with projects. I hope it will help to make them sooner and better.

October, 30: Camp Pinewood 1.6
