how to invite

You need to have the BDSM house completed and be at the BDSM house on friday morning to invite her there!

i probably finished some interaction. tweaked relationships back to 0, spotted her in teachers room as usual, discovered psych her option (i guess i did that before.) -> her house gangbang sex scene opened. second time i met her - same repeatable scenes. nothing new in tips (blank), no changes.

But you've blatantly lied to her with her trust-issues ' and i cannot pscyh or interact in any way . so i assume that some interactions would have led to that but no tips on how to have such interactions in the first place ...or to restore it (if i messed something first time i played) ...
-- Tweaking those kind of stats will mess up the game mechanics because some variables are related to each other and should change simultaneously when you've legit progressed through the storyline of characters. I suggest you to not mess with relationship variables of characters because it sometimes causes these issues. (setting it to 100 is a coincidence that you get that response.) What probably happened here is that you've made a wrong decision and have to live with the consequences
jokes aside, put the relCalibri variable on 1 and try again. Next patch the tooltip is updated, along with a button to retry with her if failed.
