How to get the potion thing? I can't find any material or anyone have it

If you are just after the scenes, the gallery can be accessed immediately from the start of the game (Just go left and talk to the cat) and comes with the option for you to unlock everything immediately without playing the game.
Why you would do that in an interactive game setting instead of just going to look at a gallery with that mindset, I'll never know, but you do you, pal.

How to get into those areas though? I look up everyplace but still can't find the room looks like that

Check if Touch UI is on in the options and turn it off if it is. This bug was in the original game also, and I didn't know a way to fix it.

ok I have not been to that room yet. So far I have managed to get to the far east of the prison, got the lower two doors in the restricted area. Thats basically it - how else do I proceed then?
Did you get the gift and give it to the boss in that room yet? thats to get the next key
The bottle? Or is it something else? I handed over a flask of booze to a goblin in the room.
