What does 'secret HQ edition' have that the initial ep1 didn't?

The window is a bit bigger. Still not enough to call it 'HQ' in my opinion. You can hide the message button now by pressing control so you have a clear view on the artwork.

But no new scenes if that is what you were looking for.

I'm stuck now I suppose. Found 2 artifacts, but still says to find all of them. No clue on what I've got to do now. Is there a walkthrough of some sort for this game?

Well once you level up you can get traits that will help you with that, at the start though there is sadly no way to avoid the - reputation. I am not sure if it does anything in the first place since all options stay the same and the game really isn't that long.

So I got good rep on the first sex scene you can get to lvl 2 before you go back and get endurance 1 good luck on finding more info

He is talking about balancing issues because some people start the next episode overleveled, having mined every single ore. Others might have rushed through the game without much mining. He's giving some thoughts on how to tackle it and asking for feedback in the comments.
He also finished the new orc character that is going to be in the next episode. I hope I can upload it here somehow...
