The last of the early access happened four days ago and following how they did it last I'd guess two weeks left then we get it. Mind you Christmas is coming so it might drop a week after Christmas Day I hope it drops soon but knowing how life is I won't hold my breath.
To directly quote the developers:
Patreon & SubscribeStar users will get a bonus December update (v0.5.12) before Christmas. The content of which will be some of what wins over in community-polls in the next 24 hours.

Bugfixes allowing, Steam will get the v0.5.11 build around the same time as the playtest builds get v0.5.12.

Someone could crack it if they really cared, at least that's what happened to Delta Zone
Put that much effort into a crack that's gonna be outdated within 3 months? I don't think anyone would bother, and it would be a waste of effort on both sides, for crack development and then for devs strengthening the protections
Keeping to steam vers is bit of an unspoken agreement between the forum and the devs, we get the steam builds when they come out and they don't have to worry about patreon ver protection beyond what's already there. There's nothing patreon-exclusive missing from steam versions that'd warrant trying to crack them either.

And a searchable text version:
We've had a fair few questions asking about the next Steam update. So, to clarify, it should arrive around ~20th December (give or take a day or so).

Patrons & SubscribeStar users on the playtest builds can anticipate the Christmas update (for all game access tiers, i.e. Avatar and above) also around ~20th December (also give or take a day or so).

Finally, what you've all been hoping for in the Christmas update: all new beige Lybossan fabric for the cushions. Pic related. I know, I know... you don't need to thank me. Oh and there might be some male, female, and futa centaur stuff or something. Not as cool as those soft furnishings though...

Sorry all you dragon-enjoyers, the polls on here and Patreon gave the male + female centaur options a huge lead, so that's what we've gone with this time. Personally I'm so glad the dragon didn't win... I prefer centaurs... I didn't want to make another dragon scene yet anyway...

Does anyone notice that the female character's legs are too short? These short legs looks abnormal. It's like we are playing with dwarves .
I think longger legs will be normal and sexy. Did anyone suggest this to them?

Before suggesting a request for longer legs, understand that feminine stature has been enhanced with high-heels for so long that people started drawing women's legs longer than they are in reality, and modern people have been exposed to that stylization for so long that it's crept into 3D art and the modern imagined form of what a woman's proportions should look like.

Remember that in this game hardly anyone is wearing shoes and most people are barefoot. Go to Google for "human body reference", see what's there for male and female, and recognize that if you don't consider the butt as a part of the leg (which it is, it's motor muscle for each leg), then the rest of the leg below the butt goes down as much as the rest of the body (sans head) above the butt goes up. Just food for thought.

Furthermore, maybe your life experience is short, so you don't know that a perfect body EXISTS. First enrich your own knowledge before responding to others, so as not to be considered ignorant.

Words are cold, and perhaps your opinion is not sharp. If you find my words too sharp, to the point of making you uncomfortable, then I apologize.

GabrielF, I suppose I should be honored that you spent 27 minutes of your time to quote my post thrice across 3 replies to form one semi-coherent opinion. I'll retort.

dont teach others. we are playing games, rather than reality or science. games are beyond that. games are about imaginatons. do u understand? if you prefer sticking to reality, why bother keep your hands out of your keyboard, and go to your reality life.
The game's body assets have been largely decided since the UE4 version, with more assets coming based on the currently existing bones and animations. My peers agree that when it comes to making characters, animating is the most painful aspect, beyond skinning, sculpting, and to an extent even coding if strictly on a per-character basis. I really spent more effort than necessary answering you, when collective silence from everyone should have been your only reply. You could have used your "imaginaton" to figure out why nobody replied to you.

Laughable that you talk about experience, when every lurker on this site and those visiting from Google will know that talking down on some unknown speaker's experience is a bad move. My child detector is ringing, because every time someone pre-emptively tries to call someone a kid they're diverting from the fact that they themself are underage on this site.

Past calling out the typical "I'm a child, don't look at me" lampshade , bodies vary so much that even medical diagrams are wrong, etc. Yet you yourself said...

So you say "these short legs looks abnormal", implying the ladies are not "normal and sexy" without "longger legs". The time to "suggest this to them" was a handful of years ago at the start of UE4, sorry.

LMAO, this fits the stereotype neckbeard "m'lady" personality. That may as well have been your "nothin' personnel, kid" line. It's okay, I'm used to dealing with this kind person considering their frequency on F95.

Your perspective or explanation is based on the current situation and challenges of the game, but it doesn't prevent me from offering my suggestions on the game. What you say won't prevent improvements, and what I say may not lead to improvements, as neither of us are developers, and there's a high probability that our perspectives won't be seen by them. How other viewers perceive it is their business. Without receiving responses from others, you can't conclusively determine whether they agree or disagree. And I'm just presenting my reasonable suggestions. You have your standpoint, and I have mine, so let's not influence each other.
