It confused me, too. You need to hit the petrified people in the middle to make the boss reapear.

First you have to visit the Virility and/or Fertility shrines in game to activate the pregnancy content.
Fertility allows you to get pregnant yourself. Basically anyone you sleep with can get you pregnant now. There is a percentual chance based on your stats which can be influenced by some items.
Virility allows you to impregnate NPCs. There is currently one girl, a Lesser Draconid & 2 Centaurs, that you can get pregnant. The girl has a decent amount of dialog and reactions regarding pregnancy.
Fair warning though; Like the game itself pregnancy content is a big work in progress thing. Which is why the implementation and mechanics surrounding it feel pretty underwhelming to me at the moment.
/Edit: Fertility/Virility got mixed up. Fixed now.

you got fertility and virility backwards. after the prologue area, on the north side of central island there are 2 shrines the virility shrine allows you to impregnate.

Well, I found it in the loot box in the upper part of Maz-Ajeni (the 2nd dungeon entrance is up there in the rocks).
This weapon has low attack stats (same as paired daggers) but in fact it is pretty good: double and triple clicks (LMB) make the character perform combo strikes that hit the surrounding enemies, and you can kill them from safe distance without getting hit back.
Has anyone tried to enter the temple of Jedet to check out the gloryhole scenes?
I visited it a few times, being in different forms (male/female/futa) but the temple acolytes were absolutely indifferent and non-responsive: pressing "E" did not work.

Hit the pile of stone bodies in the middle to damage the health bar at the bottom of the screen. Every so often the boss will reappear, and you have to either avoid it or kill it again to go back to hitting the stone.
It's in the northwest of the area called Bull's Shield.
Go west from the slavers' island, then turn to the north and find Hebse village. Then an event will be triggered. Kill the enemies, release the captive, then cautiously follow the suspicios villager (Tefahra) trying not to be seen. If you are not stealthy enough, she will spot you. Your goal is to secretly find out which door she is going to enter. Then you'll know that the entrance to Maz-Ajeni is hidden in an ordinary hut.
Do your job in the dungeon, then find another entrance in the rocks in the north of the region, and enter it to take another quest.
The 3rd quest is available in the Waterclogged cave on the northwestern shore. There you'll have to solve some puzzles to free one of the Void Daughters.
Just stay away from suicide bombers! (I guess it's the developers' extremely subtle joke about Goddess Isis.)
The temple of Jedet is nearby.
You can quickly reach that area just by swimming across the strait that separates Tal'Senet from Bull's Shield.

can someone please send a fully complete game download link? the save file thing isnt working at all for me.

The very first time I tried interacting with the characters in the temple, I had the same issue. The answer is that you need to press and hold the interaction key for a few seconds to start a scene with one of the characters.
The Give side shouldn't have any requirements, it is your character sucking some dick. I am guessing that the Receive side requires your character to have a dick. Dunno for certain, I tend to run around as a big titted herm chick.
