I can't complete "Shipwrecked Anubites": I killed the beast and tried to talk to the priestess but she doesn't let me, so I followed the quest tracker, finding the boats and the weapons; and now the tracker points me towards talking to the priestess, but she still is not interactive, besides, the tracker points to the reliquary that I can try to touch but to no effect.
Maybe the issue is that I have both the Cavernrook head and the supplies with me?
No, you need to have both, to finish the quest exactly as intended (the monster's head is required to impress the priestess so much that she will offer herself to you).
I had the same issue, and still I don't know what was the cause. In my case, I visited certain areas and found both the supplies and weapons before taking the quest. But I am not sure if it made any difference.
Anyways, I had to load an early save and replay that part again.
I'm sure its been answered but I'm not sure what key words to use and i cant seem to find the answer. I am currently formless, will i get a form at some point or am i playing a wrong version?

You're likely playing the UE5 version; focus on your main quest, and you get to the point where you get to pick.
As soon as you get moved from the starters area, accept the quest called Masquerade, find the temple, defeat the boss (Felreq), and then visit the shrine where you can choose sex, race, and the desired looks.

I also came here to ask this. I just started playing this game, and i already am looking forward to an update!
This game is typically updated quarterly, and the last update was in December.
Maybe we should just start screencaping all the scenes so others don't have to go through the pain of playing it all just for a looped animation.
