Has the saves been fixed yet? Last i tried to play the game, the save times got so bad that before i even got halfway though the game, it was impossible to save, tried to delete some saves both in-game but also removing the files directly, but none of them worked

I really don't understand the mentality of devs who choose to make porn games, then make all of the actual mechanics of the game revolve around everything *except* the sex. It's so totally bizarre. Like, you've already lost the mass audience / respectability (to whatever degree) you could've had by *not* making the game pornographic, so why aren't you focusing on the porn aspect? This game's the perfect example of what I mean; the sex scenes are totally uninteractive, static, and perfunctory cutscenes which occupy a miniscule sliver of the total gameplay time, in a game that for some bizarre reason has fluid melee combat animations with inverse kinematics, a sprawling open world with detailed environments etc. Like, if you're going to make this kind of game, why not make the bread and butter of the game mechanics about talking to people and having sex, rather than hitting skeletons with a sword or whatever? Just make a super slick game about going up and down the Nile boning people and weird demigods; that sounds great.
It's a game with porn, rather than porn with a game. The difference is subtle but staggering. I'm not gonna give you a proper response on the rest of the commentary because it's very clear you didn't bother checking the roadmap in the first post.
If you're just looking for porn, you're on the wrong thread. If you want Egyptian themed fucking, maybe try Legend of Queen Opala?
Not as far as I know. Best solution is to keep a minimal save count, as the issues get progressively worse as you acquire more saves. I've never actually run into it myself, so I can't test to verify whether it still exists or not.

After deleting the saves try starting a new game, quick save, and exit to main menu. Then exit the game and reopen it to see if it lets you load.

Some are quest rewards, some are loot you find while running around. Specific information can be found in the wiki linked in OP, though the nature of getting them means some quest-related spoilers if you look it up.
There aren't any cheats for this game. As for the pregnancy content, there is none at the moment. There is a specific quest that focuses on impregnating the player (that currently doesn't succeed and basically silently resolves as "an attempt was made"), and the forum rolls pregnancy and impregnation together into the same tag despite them being two different fetishes.
Well guess that answers my question I was ready to ask. So no ways to get knocked up yet.

No. Aside from the fact that it'll get whoever uploaded it banned from their Patreon, it has protections that nobody has cracked and will just result in a dozen or so pages of "why won't this game work?" because nobody actually bothers to search the thread or check the last few pages.

You didn't seem to understand my point. Devs pay a massive, massive price for putting sex in games - so by making a game with porn, you get the worst of both worlds. Both the current game and the roadmap point towards this being a mechanically derivative and poorly-executed game, *and* unsexy porn, when it could have been great porn. The games you recommended are mechanically derivate RPGM games with horrible art. You're missing my point that this massive-budget 3D project is a wasted opportunity to make a great sex game because you're being reflexively defensive.
I understand your point perfectly. I just think you're not the target market and, rather than making the sensible choice and moving on to a project you might actually like, you've opted to complain about it here. The complaints are masquerading as observations about poor choices by the developers, but let's be honest: your biggest complaints are that the game doesn't specifically cater to you. Every single system in the game is still in development and changing over time. Some systems, such as the "unsexy porn" you're complaining about, are explicitly earmarked in the roadmap you claimed to have read for total overhaul from the top. Which is why I assume you haven't actually read the roadmap, because otherwise you'd know that the sex in the game right now is a temporary measure slated for removal once they've got a far more complex, player-controlled system in place.
I acknowledge significant parts of the game need work and redesign, but you know what? That's the default state of a pre-alpha (aka first playable) project, and I've watched the developers redo and improve most of the game multiple times over in the last year. And they're still planning to change so much of what's here that we legitimately don't know what the final product will look like mechanically because there's as much similarity to the before and after states of their overhauls as there is to the chapter titles and actual chapters in an old fantasy novel.
As for my suggestions about horribly derivative RPGM games: I stand by that recommendation. You are clearly not looking for a game like this one. Whether you'd be better off with an image gallery masquerading as a story (like most orcsoft visual novels) or something like a heavily modded sims or skyrim install isn't something I can say. But I can say, from the two interactions thus far, that this game is clearly not for you. Unless you're about to break out comparisons to a game like Midnight Castle Succubus (and the rest of the series), I'm going to assume you really don't understand the appeal of a full game with porn integration.
Side note: in what world is derivative inherently bad? That's like arguing that The Lion King is bad because it derives from Hamlet, and that Hamlet is bad because it derives from Amleth. Far worse to try to be original and make something unutterably horrible, than to be derivative and familiar. Is Stardew Valley a terrible game because it draws the vast majority of what it does from Harvest Moon? Are modern FPS games terrible for being mechanically derivative of Goldeneye? What level of derivative is okay? If you can attach a genre to something it's derivative by default.
So yeah, in summary: you're complaining about a rough draft of a project that is apparently not your cup of tea as though it were a finalized game, and your desires run counter to most of what the devs are trying to make (and what most other people actually playing the game want to play).
