The developers are waiting for you, personally, to check the last few pages of the thread where that has been explained multiple times. Then they'll finally upload the new version to Steam and the thread will be updated with a version that can be easily shared.

This game (and Subverse) has honestly solidified my wariness for early access offline games to be honest.

Probably because they're starting to brainstorm about the inevitable UE6 reboot, lmao.

On a more serious note, updates have always been super slow since the UE5 shenanigan started. Quite funny if you think about it since they did the switch because dev time was supposedly going to be lower with the more recent engine.
This time it might take even longer because of the Steam review process since the next update is going main branch instead of the beta one.

Oh they actually updated the game, checking the steam update news.

Human customisability seems like the biggest thing, bunch of other cosmetics, a few dss2 scenes and ambient sex.

That is definitely nice, but not gonna say this is really adequate enough to justify another playthrough or for the amount of time waiting for an update.

What I don't get is why they are fixing stuff in DSS:

• Fixed an issue with the pelvis not shifting during DSS scenes for futas
• Fixed multiple issues with hair in DSS1 scenes

Either that's a coincidental fix from DSS2 and they just included it for the sake of bulking out the patch notes, or they're wasting time on a system that was going to be replaced anyways. Seems odd right?

I believe they've explicitly stated that scenes using the old systems won't be updated to DSS2, but that all new scenes will be using DSS2. Whether they plan to eventually replace the old scenes or not is TBD and sounds like something that should be way at the bottom of their to-do list.
