There's a quest you beat that unlocks the ability to change your body. As for the sex, not all NPCs are available for it, only certain ones. You run wrapped in bandages through the world unable to fuck, and you can't complete any quests because the button above the NPCs' heads isn't there after reloading.
That describes the game after I played it for an hour.
That's more likely an issue with your hardware, you should download afterburner and monitor your GPU temps, if the GPU temp is above 83-85°C your PC will freeze and shut down to prevent further damages. Maybe dedust your GPU a bit and/or undervolt underwatt it.So a new issue. Computer black screens and restarts. Have everything set to Ultra/High.

So my GPU is rated to hit 100C on the core and 110C on the hotspot. I've got it on water and Furmark/CI/Palworld won't push it past 97 on the hotspot. Undervolting instantly causes a fatal error with the UE5 version of the game. That's more likely an issue with your hardware, you should download afterburner and monitor your GPU temps, if the GPU temp is above 83-85°C your PC will freeze and shut down to prevent further damages. Likely a driver issue if you aren't staying up-to-date on that. UE5 has issues, but none that should do what you're describing in just a few games, other than a weird lack of support for AMD cards (though those get less support generally anyway for some reason). Otherwise, could just be a GPU issue like needing some cleaning off of dust that's blocking the fans, or needing to change the thermal paste/pad (or adding one if somehow it was missed during production of your GPU).So my GPU is rated to hit 100C on the core and 110C on the hotspot. It really only seems like it's an issue with UE5 games (or Frostbyte). Palworld, Carnal Instinct, and BF2042 are the only games that have made my computer behave this way.
Now, if I disconnect one of my monitors, the problem seems to be fixed. But I don't know if that's a driver issue, a GPU issue, or UE5 being junk.

Something is wrong there, a watercooled gpu can't be hitting those temps, even running FurMark or other stuff for hours. What is your setup and how are you trying to undervolt? And what drivers are you using? So my GPU is rated to hit 100C on the core and 110C on the hotspot. I've got it on water and Furmark/CI/Palworld won't push it past 97 on the hotspot. Impossible to reach those temperatures on that GPU with water cooling. Do you have the XFX Speedster Zero version, Rog strix Water, Megatest Sapphire or a custom cooling block? So my GPU is rated to hit 100C on the core and 110C on the hotspot. i thought the issue was that amd have always been bad at making gpu driversI feel like most devs don't really invest into AMD optimization. I'm running a 7700X and 9070XT and tend to get weird graphics bugs in most in development games. I'm running on medium. I get some textures that will glitch out mostly when im in the more open areas desert/dunes.
In the early days they were, but around the time of the nvidia 10xx series which I think was the RX 580 era, they got better and make good drivers. Problem is nvidia is considered the default and devs both indie and AAA don't think about optimizations for AMD cards which causes issues especially when you get raytracing involved and upscalers since the two brands do them a little differently.i thought the issue was that amd have always been bad at making gpu drivers

Yeah, that definitely seems like a temperature threshold issue, probably because you are using dual display setup and I'm assuming you're extending the game to the second monitor. I ain't too sure about the drivers though, I seem to recall that at some point both NVIDIA and AMD had problems with multi-display setups and would assume they've fixed it by now. On another note I too have pretty much the same GPU as you do (6950XT) and it would black screen and restart/shut down if the temps on the core got anywhere near 85C or 100+ on the hotspot. I undervolted and underwatted it so that it almost never passes 73C on the core or 90C on the hotspot. For a stable undervolt you do need to lower the GPU frequency a tad, in my case I lowered the frequency by about 50 MHz and undervolted it by exactly 100 mV. Other than that there are some Radeon GPU brands that do a really shitty job regarding thermal paste application, PowerColor or ASRock for example. So my GPU is rated to hit 100C on the core and 110C on the hotspot. First post. Under the heading: Old Build (UE4)sorry if this request gets made allot but can anybody supply the last update before they removed all the sex animations and remade the entire game?
Its been a while since I last played but I think some questlines lead to other romances and scenes being unlocked.I legit think I am missing something. Screenshots, changelog. I do not and have not found most of this content from UE5 and back. Few missions here and there. Two Romances and random NPCs around the map you can have sex with. Nothing else. I have not seen half of this stuff so what am I missing?
