You can choose not to play a character with those traits, but you will encounter NPCs of that nature out in the world pretty unavoidably, several of which will be doing their own sex scenes. If you're averse to that, then this really isn't the game

For cases such as this I like to take a look at the steamdb game pages, it shows the patch history and the content of what was fixed/changed/added so you can know better how often and how meaningful each update was.

imo, yes i believe it's worth it, it don't have as much content now like the UE4 version, but it's getting there, you can also switch it to the UE4 version and play all of that as well. When your ready to play the UE5 version, you can just switch it back.
This might be a driver issue since you were able to play older game versions before. Check and see if your gpu driver updated recently, you may have to roll back the driver to a prior version. The only other thing I can think of is not enough v-ram which would be strange since you could play before.
I'm currently downloading this game from mixdrop give that a try. Some antivirus apps can throw false positives sometimes.

Downloading another 0.7.2 is very unlikely to fix it, since 0.7.1.1xx also did that, RAM is far to be overloaded, I have 64gb. I will try reinstalling the Visual C.
