Alright so after giving this a try this certainly has a lot more potential than it did when i looked at this years ago and the UE5 version even in its lacking state content wise is vastly superior in like nearly every other way than the old version. Especially in the sense it actually is a game.

How do you change it lol since on the settings only lets you change the voices not the whole body to male

Come to the Shrine of Ascension, press E to open the menu, then open Forms, and choose Body Type.
