Note: using "mommy" commonly by the MC makes it seem like a shota game, so if that is not your intentions, you should probably change some of the dialogue.

The mc isn't simply short, he has the body of a toddler with the face of a 30 year old. He literally looks inhuman, like a hobbit or a halfling or something.

It sounds like dwarfism wasn't the goal, and shota wasn't the goal. The goal was a normal young adult on the short side. So you just missed the mark. By an entire foot. And about 40 lbs. Add that and he would still be a relatively short scrawny 19 year old.
