Yes, if you ever see a word or phrase that you don't understand, just go to preferences and select the simple English translation. That should be 99% slang-free (apart from stuff I think is universally understood), but if you come across something that you still don't understand please let me know and I'll add it in the next update.

A lot of what this game is and does based on the description and screenshots seems right up my alley but, when I turn the corner at the end of that alley I am greeted by a deli that only serves messy ham sandwiches... I don't like messy ham sandwiches. No hate towards those that like messy ham sandwiches but, would it hurt to trim the ham poking out? Even a little? Make the sandwich a bit more visually appealing? Ya know?

Figured that'd be the case. Also I wouldn't say that protruding labia are inherently unattractive... Rather that you've chosen to go with quite an extreme example of that particular anatomical type to the point where it does start to become unattractive for a lot of people.. For better or for worse...

My vision for her when I wrote the story was for a lot more dangle. When we created her for the game we tried a few variations before we settled on this one, which I think is fairly standard if you spend any time browsing art-nude type porn which feature natural women rather than traditional porn stars. We would have gone for a much messier ham sandwich but we just couldn't get it looking like something that nature had produced.

I don't think you had to drop the whole "You watch too much porn, go look at some real girls" dig in there whether you consciously meant it like that or not. Anyway I wouldn't say Casey's are fairly standard from an average anatomical point of view and average is technically what is being referred to here as "Natural".
In my own life experience I've never come across any girls or women with which I have had the privilege of observing in the nude that have protruding (dangling) labia minora anywhere near to this extent. In fact the vast majority of them had little to no labia majora protrusion. The only place I've seen examples like Casey's... Believe it or not... Are on the internet.
The anatomy in question here is a fringe case in the same way that extremely below average sized adult penises also tend to be mostly uncommon. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if the girls you're referring to in the art you mentioned are picked from bias for their labia as its "supposedly" more natural and "artistic". On the contrary though if a female is born with an extreme innie anatomy who's to say that isn't natural? She was born with it... It's natural.

Yeah? Interesting. My experience is pretty much 50/50. The first woman I was with who had dangly bits kind of shocked me because I'd never seen it before, but I ran with it and grew to like it. She was the most extreme case (more prominent than Casey) but there were others. I thought her vulva type was in a minority but I've since learned that "outies" are in fact quite common, at least 50/50 if you Google "Vulva types". However, there's a lot of variation with just how much they protrude.
No, mentioning art-nude porn wasn't meant to be a dig. We all look at porn. What counts as "too much" is subjective. What I meant was that you tend to see more variation in female anatomy in art-nude models. ("Art-nude" is mostly just erotic nude photography featuring girl-next-door types, usually without a lot of sex content. eg Met-Art, Femjoy, MPL Studios etc.). I don't think they single out models who look like that. They show plenty of other types as well. I think it's just more common than a lot of people realise because it isn't (or hasn't been) well represented in a lot of traditional nudie magazines and pornos. It was also common practice to hide it with poses and airbrushing in the past. I guess we have Larry Flynt to thank for turning that around.
Anyway, part of Casey's journey is that she thinks she is ugly and deformed (which further adds to her humiliation) but she eventually realises that she's perfectly normal and there's a lot of women out there just like her. How that affects the story could be quite interesting...

before downloading I just wanna know is there any sex in this game?
There's only 1 sex scene right now, and it's fairly small.
Our game focus more on the public nudity side of things. So I realize it's not for everyone's taste, we're kind of in a niche area.
If you want to try it out still, we're always open to hear feedback. But if it's not your cup of tea, that's totally understandable.
