Overview:
The solo adventurer, Aisha, takes on a quest from the adventurers’ guild once again, plunging headfirst into danger. This time, Aisha sets off by ship and is assailed by a sudden storm and an incursion of monsters. The struggle ends with her falling overboard, and she is cast away to an unknown island. However, it appears that the island is controlled by pirates and is threatened by a huge sea monster that sinks any and all ships it encounters. So uh, I've pretty much exhausted all the options I have but I cannot seem to find / Make the Diving Suit?

I've found the Hide, got the sewing kit which I assume I need but I cannot find a prompt to make the Diving Suit.
I've looked literally everywhere, the only places I haven't gone yet are the elevator and the places where I need the Diving suit...

Dude for the love of god, I have the 3 but I can't make the item, I have the rope and the heavy crossbow too and I can't do anything with them
