id suggest to rework tips caz lots of click accesing em n closing that phone. something like separate button to hover a coursore above and to get tips popping up. /also add names to the faces.
(or have some extra window for showing tips, lots of space when on the map screen, like bottom-left corner)
on the other hand those tips are kinda vague, id safely opt for something reminding walkthrough one which i use instead

I hate the puzzle. How do you open the console?

If DEV mode isn't turned on you would have to download unren and place the unren .exe file with the games .exe file and run it. I usually hit 9 and then hit run. After that bring the game back up and hit shift + O to bring up the console and there is also shift + D to see what variables are active in your game.
