Here the level is high in the graphics and the story. Jaye, Tara and Mallory are great. I'm hoping for a threesome at least between MC, Jaye and Tara.

International waters. Basically, for any country neighboring an ocean, the laws of the country no longer apply once you get past 12 nautical miles (I think) from the coast. This is where you enter 'international waters'. When in international waters, any crime aboard a ship must be reported to and tried according to the law of the 'home country' of the ship (where its registered).
Christian didn't know what the 'home country' of the MV Sunset was.
I have no idea if this is how actual maritime law works, but this is how its depicted in movies/tv etc.
for me that game is awsome, big update, not just 5 min gameplay but really nice playthroo ... WAlkthroo mod is also great ( i decided to play from start, becouse i play this game last year), i really wanna see new update as soon as possible, really nice game, i just hope it will go as i said to myself how it will happen... i wont say what i just hope it happens, tnx to the developer for this game and walkthroo mod guy for making it, really nice tnx yet again

The first 6 are no-brainers. During the Jaye questions, answer the 1st question first (gives LP #7), and the last question second (gives LP#8 but only if you already have 7). Try that. This is imperative according to the script code as the last question checks to see if you have 7 LP and, if so, gives the 8th.

yes i got the updated mod and its listed the correct order there so made it with full score and saw the kiss scene thanks to that as well

I was hoping for more Mallory scenes, she just seems like a more interesting character; also that last scene felt unnecessary and the talk they had was more than enough to bury the hatchet and move on. Anyways I'm curious to where the story goes.

Yes, before i did add the cheats, there were no order in the questions, after i added the cheats i noticed that the questions have a order to be asked.
There are no countries that allow it but there are those that would not enforce it. For example you can register your yacht with the Red Ensign Group (British registry) under one of the smaller islands of the British Empire. Lets suppose the Falkland Islands and you register your yacht under a shell company (shady but totally legal). As long as there are no deaths or serious injuries the Falkland Islands will not waste it's precious little resources prosecuting the representative of a shell company that will never lead them to the perpetrator. This type of maritime registry exist precisely to give a higher latitude of privacy and freedom to vessel owners.

Now that's what we call a great update, happy that the dev didn't go all out in making jaye an unlikable LI and we actually got some nice moments between the siblings. They both matured which is rare in games these days which is really good cause the craziness and stupidity was irritating as fuck. I hope they don't turn tara into an antagonist who wants to keep MC or Jaye to herself since it was stated she wasn't a LI. I'll be hoping for a throuple as always.

That theory is not plausible. Beginning of Ch2 Mallory tells MC she found her mom and that she was an addict. It's in her closet where Mallory says she found her father's (Devon's) notebooks when he worked with Prizer for MC's mother (Sarah).

Maritime Law. And "message" reading the full context makes more sense parsing out one statement. "Well, this certainly isn't about your mother's project. Something else is going on here. Anyway, now we've sent them a message." I read that as "I call your bluff on your bullshit scaretactic." Just my two cents which ain't worth much. Regards.
