Neither, AFAICT.

The real key is to break the bed fort treaty at the end of Chapter 4. As long as you leave Jaye hanging, cooperating with her previously won't matter and Lisa will move in for the kill in Chapter 5. But if you spend the night in bed with Jaye, then Lisa won't start anything (presumably because she likes her throat the way it is).

I can confirm this, the "only" requirement is not to get caught with Jaye in bed (and give correct answers at airport).
And anyway Lisa, during office scene, explains very well why she's not going further with you if she understand Jaye is interested

Well, I will play and have fun untill there will be a major choice between Mallory & Jaye.

Then I will leave playing it like I left playing ""Nursing Back To Pleasure"".

Does the free version here have patreon only?
Or in general: Is the uploaded version of the games on the f95zone site the full version (without shortcomings) of Patron?

The version of the game posted here is the same version that patrons get.
The patrons-only feed is within the Patreon page itself, they're the locked posts (plus Discord).

What is patrons-only feed?
Is that a part of the game that we cannot play?
Or are there only posts for special photos and miscellaneous items that have nothing to do with the story?

Think of it as a forum, where Patreon users and the developers interact. Not having access to the Patreon feed means you can't see and comment on those posts. It doesn't refer to in game content, the version here is the same one from the Patreon, you won't miss any content at all, if thats your concern. If you have the means and want to support the developers you get it from there, if you can't, or are unwilling to, you download it from here when it gets posted.

I knew the Patron system is a Donut system, but the Patron subscribing part confused me a bit, which was solved. Regarding your question, I think the reason why developers switch to Donut is that every game can be hacked very easily.
They hack million dollar games, so hacking porn games is not a difficult task
Therefore, they prefer to switch to the donut system, which is a more beautiful system in my opinion
Because in both cases, if the party designs a good game, it earns good money, but when it is from the donut system, a beautiful feeling occurs.
