only 6 lewd scenes? there are more than six endings ... hmmm ... not sure i like less than one lewd scene per ending on average ... so at least some of the following are not getting lewds:

we almost certainly get starred scenes based on previews. i am guessing bianca and tanaka each get one solo scene. sorry for fans of the rest! devs aren't here to please their audience ...

Some will get proper lewd scenes, some will get some sort of flashback renders, some will be shown but not in a lewd way, some will get nothing...not every girl you listed is that important to the story, and some were definitely a one-time thing (Tara).

Jaye and Tara was teased when Tara was picking him up at the airport (... so there's a chance?)
Jaye and Mallory really needs to be there. Would be so lame without them together. They were teased in the last episode as getting closer together and wrestling topless, etc.

Linda teased she'd fuck MC's brains out (... cougar fit)

Your assumptions conveniently forget how the story eventually develops. Teasing is sometimes just playful banter, not just in real life...

With the exception of Jaye and Tara (which should really happen from a story perspective, given Tara took both their virginities it's only fair they team up on her ...), all the others added nothing to the story and didn't need to be there to raise expectations if they weren't going to follow through.

Inching closer, it seems like the next beta will be RC (release candidate). I guess that could mean Sunday if lucky as they did say the week of July 14th But, not looking likely sadly.

Quick Dev Update - Beta 3 has been scrubbed and I have three variable bugs to fix tomorrow. Sound, dialogue, and visual effects finalization is proceeding quickly. In the past few days, the phone widget has undergone an upgrade so it's much easier to tell who is speaking and things like phone-related choices can be executed within the interface. This will be retrofitted into prior chapters after Chapter 10 has launched as well. Some of the pathing has been reworked over the past couple of days in both minor and major ways. Some scenes have been moved around to break up areas that felt a little too linear. Additionally, a few additional scenes have been added toward the end. These are largely "clean up" scenes where we realized we had a loose end that could be tied up neatly at the cost of comparatively few renders. In some cases, paths have been tweaked to give them content that would originally only been visible on a different path. Two of the Peanut Gallery images were removed over copyright concerns (Erica wearing a Nirvana shirt) and replaced with alternates from Kentyrr's Tara stash. Several scenes have also been extended or augmented to better capture the personalities of the characters involved.

Our fourth beta will likely go out later tomorrow or early Sunday and will be our release candidate. Thanks again for your patience while we stitch the last bits together.

said (right at the beginning) that "the final content update for Chasing Sunsets is in active beta with general release anticipated during the week of July 14" - that's this week (today's the 19th), the last day of that week is Sunday (tomorrow).
