in my view sissification is about humiliation, like using stereotypical female stuff to emasculate a guy. Feminization on the other hand is more about actually changing one's gender, like not only for emasculating sex acts but actually taking the steps to becoming a woman.
There's also some aesthetic aspect to it. Sissification is usually portrayed as like extra girly frilly pink stuff while feminization is more about "normal" day-to-day female things.

you have to enable it in settings which I'm pretty sure you can only access through the main menu, once you've done that there should be a new button to the right of "menu" after you've loaded up a save.

I cannot post links due to "new" account restrictions, but a recent game called Ero Witches (available on F95) has some futanari chastity cage content. It keeps track of characters' arousal, dick size, chastity cage level, and chastity cage smallness. There are nurses that will fit the magical girls futanaris with chastity cages. You get debuff if you are wearing too tight of a cage and/or are high aroused and did not masturbate for a very long time. This content is available in the fifth dungeon. You can skip right to it as the game allows you to do so.
It also has some female chastity content in the 7th dungeon (ponygirls), but sadly chastity belts only serve as a generic cursed item as arousal and other related attributes are no longer tracked in there.

Wow, it's really looking clean now ! If needed I can do another round of stating all the status of the games.
It does look neat. I'd suggest adding a tag or ordering by engine, I'm personally not really interested in HTML/text/CYOA games and it would make finding the games you actually want a bit easier. Maybe another one like this

I wish I could name admins for the thread but I don't think it's possible. As it stands I have a .txt to keep track of everything I find and the suggestions and once I have a bunch of new stuff (or it's been long since the last) I update the thread. And when I do, I run through the status of all the heavy-tier games and the ones with the undeveloped/promising tags.
I'll add the engine tags for the heavy tier today I think. Should I add all the tags for every tier as well? I mean, my thinking being that since it's a list for chastity content I would think the other tiers are almost like scraping the barrel for scraps anyway, right? lol
Like, if you're already going through a list of chastity games, and there are some games that have literally one small scene of chastity, then you probably won't care for that game, right? So it might not really be worth the effort, you know? On the other hand, if you've played everything worth playing for your tastes, maybe it's cool to have some different games that might focus on something else entirely. So from that perspective it would be good to keep them on "check every time you update the thread" list. What do you all think?

Definitely heavy chastity focus.
Game sucks though. Hot premise but walled off by tedious, non-sexy combat that adds nothing to the game.
RPGM games are the worst.
I wouldn't prioritize the lower tiers too much. But I have taken up a slight issue with how they are defined.
In "The Company" and "Lilith's Throne", for example, you can effectively spend the entire game in chastity. But as it's completely optional and not really the focus of the game, they accurately fall into "light" tier alongside "Friends of Mine" where there's like 2 scenes where it's even given a mention.
Meanwhile, "Evil Stepmommy" explicitly covers chastity, but only in some endings, so it's "medium" despite having far less chastity related content than the first two games I mentioned.
I'm not advocating you reorganize your whole list because of my minor gripe. But some of the best games for people with an explicit chastity fetish are relegated to the bottom tier while a lot of the mid tier are (in my opinion) not even worth a download because it's just a few sequences with chastity explicitly mentioned that earned it that placement.

Yeah, I am aware of this situation. This 3 tier system I think works great for a lot of the games. These open world games are trouble. We can spend the entire game in chastity but like... sometimes you don't even feel it, you know? Some of these games treat it almost like a simple piece of clothing.
One change that wouldn't be too much trouble would be to make the light tier defined only as (really brief moments) and bump all those open world games into the medium tier. What do you think?
I can see that. Lilith's throne is among the worst examples. The only one who really seems to "know" you're in chastity is you. Even worse is The Repurposing Center where it's very poorly implemented and a lot of scenes forget you have it on at all.
The Company probably should have been Medium in the first place, though, as there are a lot of scenes that are very explicitly affected by chastity if you happen to be wearing it.
That's probably not a bad idea.

Thank you! I think google sheets would be much easier, if you wanted other people to help out with maintenance. I'm ok with updates every couple month, not like there's that many new chastity games released (sadly ) and can always check the new suggestions in this thread too.The categories are fine imo, they serve their purpose to give you a rough idea what to expect. Some of my favorites are actually in medium/light, they may not have as much content or only on optional paths, but imo the story implementation and overall quality is what counts (nif for example has very little atm).
I noticed KG wasn't on the list and saw it has already been mentioned before. Both of those should be on the list in medium or light category imo, probably medium. KG it's kinda inconsequential atm, but MC spends most of his time in chastity. Moving Down I haven't finished, I just know it takes a LONG time of setup to get to that point in ch4 if I recall. Since both are still being actively developed, I expect more chastity content in future.

OMG that's true. For some reason I was sure I had them in there. Fixed it.
edit: for some reason I had tem on my .txt but not on the thread. I just ran through my notes to see if I had missed anything else. Seems good now.
