Not like there's much to say. There's people helping, we've gotten teasers, a VA's been hired. I mean, yeah, over a year of delay ought to piss anyone off, but you're not really changing anyone's mind by pointing out things everyone already knows. I'll start supporting it when this update is off the floor, otherwise I haven't spent a single cent, so I don't have any regrets myself. If we did spend money supporting this before, I'm sure we'd be hamming it up on the Discord instead of the forum anyway.

All that just to say I still firmly believe the update's coming, and things are gonna start sailing smooth once it does, rocky as its been since that last one. Things happen, not everyone has the time to dedicate themselves 24/7 to something like this so it's cool that Vanny hasn't even bailed on this project to begin with. If the creator has hope, I do, and that's what matters 1750633098756.jpeg

Brother, it’s been over a year — and we’ve gotten nothing. Every time someone asks about a release date, the dev either disappears or makes another promise they never follow through on. At some point, you have to stop deluding yourself.

I’m not here to tell anyone how to spend their money, but I am saying this: recognize when you're being played. Learn from my mistake.

Only support devs who actually deliver something. Don’t pay for vague promises. Don’t take any of these people on blind faith. Enough is enough.

There’s a reason this project is marked as abandoned on this site. That didn’t come out of nowhere.

There's things in life that are not C.H.K.N. Unless you are currently paying a monthly subscription (which I would not blame you at all for postponing until an update does come out) you can just sit back and do anything else. No matter if you're a hoper or doubter, remember it's just a silly fnaf porn game, life will go on regardless.

Yeah — and people will keep wasting their money every month for nothing. That’s why I’m speaking up.

I’m not trying to stir up trouble, but I don’t want to sit by and watch people literally burn money for another year. It’s easy to say “it’s just a game” or “be patient,” but people are paying for this.

It’s been over a year. We deserve something — even a small in-between update, a solid release date, or the regular polls that were promised on the Patreon.

We can’t keep normalizing this kind of radio silence while money continues to flow into a project that’s giving nothing back. At some point, you have to ask: where is the line? Because I think we’ve already crossed it.

and sure, life goes on — but that doesn’t mean people shouldn’t hold creators accountable. It’s because I care about my time and money that I’m speaking up. If I didn’t care, I wouldn’t be here.

Saying “it’s just a silly game” ignores the fact that a lot of us believed in this project and invested in it in good faith. People are allowed to feel frustrated when that trust is broken. Telling folks to sit back and wait isn’t a solution — especially when we’ve already waited over a year.

If nothing else, I just want people to think twice before blindly trusting a dev again. That’s all.

You've made some pretty good points, but to be frank, most of us already know them. The people who are paying for it & don't like the fact there's been less talk than hoped have all the chances in the world to remove their subscription. They're supporting because they want to see the project prosper further than the yellow label that's slapped onto so many games users like you have searched for & watched like a hawk. The behavior of other developers who stay radio silent then take away everything isn't anything we condone, nor is it something we should start allowing. There are people who have actively mentioned that the developer isn't dropping the project & that it will be releasing. Sure, information can be very sketchy these days; To me, it doesn't seem likely for someone to just blatantly lie about a fnaf booby game being released in two years rather than four years. From what I've watched, anyway.
Again, it isn't right for people to just start a game, take their money and run away; I'm just saying that we understand most of this already & think you should try and make an effort to change that in another light. If you care about it so much, try and get into contact with the developer yourself. Nobody's gonna stop you and it might even allow for a public announcement to show up because of your effort. There are dozens of other games being made right now, even more with ideas being put down onto the table for future development if you're not happy with waiting patiently like most of us are. We do deserve something more than just a few words here and there, but life isn't gonna be that generous if all the people do is sit there. The only way we're gonna see a change is if we make it. Me? I'm just gonna sit here and wait until the dev decides it's time for the game to be updated. You do your messaging about a clear-cut date, I'm gonna chill.

I get that some of this isn’t new info, but the reason I’m speaking up is because everyone “knowing” hasn’t led to any change. It’s been over a year with no follow-through on promises the dev made publicly.

Saying “just unsubscribe” is fair — and I have — but that doesn’t mean the rest of us shouldn’t talk about what’s happening. Quiet exits don’t fix a broken pattern.

As for contacting the dev? We shouldn’t have to track someone down to get the basic communication they promised on a paid platform. That’s the core of the issue here — not whether the game will come out someday, but that we're expected to wait indefinitely while money is taken monthly with no accountability.

If you want to wait and see, that’s fine. But I’m here to push for a standard where people don’t get left in the dark after supporting a project in good faith. That’s not toxic. That’s just responsible.

It's kinda funny watching you guys tear each other apart waiting desperately for an update
I promise it's gonna happen soon, as far as im allowed to say, it is a beeg update with "tons more animations" which btw DOESN'T JUST MEAN SEX YOU FREAKS, when the update comes out it's safe to assume it's going to be different than the CHKN we know now
Carla is getting an overhaul btw because she was causing issue's apparently
also, go outside, there's more to life than CHKN 1000043732.jpg
(I'll delete this if vanny wants i just thought we've seen some drastic silence from the man)

It almost to me like we just have a case of moving the goalpost to make the game better every time before the update gets released. "One final thing. One final thing, oh wait one final thing. Just a quick little adjustment here.", at least, between the restless bug fixing it seems. Feels like the game is ACTUALLY gonna be halfway to completion when 0.5 rolls around which would be really funny since that didn't seem like the initial goal

I probably wouldn't of said anything if no one else did, notifications keep coming in so I just feel inclined to at this point. Anywho, I was kinda just gonna let my memory of this game and eventually go "oh cool, an update" like 2 years down the line. Not like I'm gonna run out of porn (i have ran out)
