So the only way is for me to buy a brand new MAC(fucking expensive) + Dev license(they dont sell those to adult gave devs)

It's possible to install unsigned apps on mac though. The user just needs to enable it.

Just go for a Mojave or Cataline version as it was for the previous version
open with rosetta2 and requires gatekeeper to allow open on mac

there is aways a way to open in M1 processor by using and emulator for old apps included in the new mac OS
