What are the green arrows about during animations? Clicking them seems to speed the animation to the end or back to the beginning, but no other effect or bonus that I can see.

Speed only so it can end faster if you want to

if you mean santa: at school, choose the socialise/meet new people option until you catch santa peeping. afterwards, you'll find him in the top half of the map (to the east of the heist section) when driving around the map during the weekends

Honestly, one of the few problems I've ever had with "believability" in Chloe18 stories is that, like, everyone is constantly going on about how plain and flat-chested she is. I get that some people can be complete fuckheads about the female body and what comes out of their mouths in regards to it, but pretty much the whole gameworld is always gaslighting her about how she's supposed to be ugly when she's so clearly anything but.
