No that one isn't in the game. I wouldn't mind seeing that scene in the game though
I'd argue this is a male-MC-focused game. You can play as Chloe part of the time, sure, but afaik apart from girl-on-girl stuff her only sexual activity is with the male MC. So it's technically dual protag, but the presence of a male MC has changed the game a lot.
several female characters, Chloe included, have sexual activities with other male characters, but so far, the Chloe part(including Chloe mode) is just extra play that doesn't take up a lot of game time.

See this post. You can play this game without having played the previous ones though, since the story is pretty straightforward and a new protagonist is introduced. The previous games are more grindy as well.
